I mean if you chose a very unique username, and went to http://pinterest.com/username, you'd be able to discover what they possibly look like. It doesn't end there, their email address is probably username@gmail.com too. simply googling the username results in connecting their twitter? facebook? myspace? linkedin? full name, more pictures, your friends, your interests, your likes. All in all, I would have to say, this can be potentially a far bigger loss of privacy than just your Snapchat account.
