How is this different than copy and pasting to Paint. What different does this do?

To be honest, I started working on this and then trying to find a best fit for the tool :)

my current plan is to build KopyScreen into a light-weight-paint-like online tool for use-cases like Bug Reporting, UI Review, etc.
